All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of G4 Electrical, Plumbing & Air or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. You may not modify, reproduce, or distribute the content of this site without our explicit permission.
User Conduct
As a condition of your use of our website, you warrant to G4 Electrical, Plumbing & Air that you will not use our website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices.
Disclaimer of Warranties
G4 Electrical, Plumbing & Air makes no representations about the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, and accuracy of the information, software, products, services, and related graphics contained on the website for any purpose.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall G4 Electrical, Plumbing & Air be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of the G4 Electrical, Plumbing & Air website.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
Effective from 12:01 AM local time on the effective date, as registered, and applicable for the period indicated. Prices are subject to change following the conclusion of the initial term.
*Annual visits are executed during normal business hours and are scheduled by G4 Electrical, Plumbing & Air.
*Visits are on request and do not carry over beyond the initial 12 months.
*Memberships auto-renew monthly after the initial term ends.
*Cancellation necessitates a written notice sent to G4 Electrical, Plumbing & Air at least 15 days prior to the upcoming renewal date to prevent renewal charges. The notice must be received within this window.
*All paid fees are non-refundable.
Stipulations:
1. Extended Guarantee covers work previously completed by G4 Electrical, Plumbing & Air due to malfunctions in installations or equipment. It excludes normal wear and tear, or preexisting conditions (Dispatch fees vary).
2. Members will incur an emergency service fee for ELECTRICAL & PLUMBING emergencies while on the plan. An “emergency” is defined as loss of power to home/main appliances outside regular hours. Plumbing emergencies include pipe bursts, water heater leaks, or full home drain backups outside regular hours.
3. Visits requested by G4 Electrical, Plumbing & Air must be fulfilled to maintain guarantees.
4. Electrical & Plumbing visits aren’t contractually mandated. G4 Electrical, Plumbing, & Air due to malfunctions will schedule visits per availability or upon customer request. Requests for visits must be written and sent to G4 at 703 E Mason St., Mabank, TX 75147 or [email protected]. All service privileges conclude after the membership period.
5. Guarantees are exclusive to residential services. Limits apply up to $10,000. Claims should be made within 30 days of service completion. Any refund request regarding this plan must be written and submitted within 90 days of the start date.
6. G4 Electrical, Plumbing, & Air reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notification.
